Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days. Express shipping (RM199) delivers in 1–2 business days. Orders over RM999 get free standard shipping.
What is your return policy?
We offer free 30-day returns on all unworn items in original packaging. Simply initiate a return from your account and we'll email a prepaid shipping label.
How does Sam Club work?
Sam Club is our free loyalty program. You earn 10 miles per RM1 spent. 1,000 miles = RM100 off your next purchase. Members also get early access to drops and a birthday gift.
How do I find my size?
Check our size guide on any product page. If you're between sizes, we recommend going half a size up. Your account also stores your preferred size for faster checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, contact support and we'll do our best to help before the order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India. International shipping is coming soon.
How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking email. You can also track from your account dashboard under Orders.
